Please make sure that the sound speaker is turned on and up on the device you’re using. If you do not get sound when you first begin to watch the video, your speaker may be muted (X). In addition, look at the bottom of the video for the speaker symbol. Make sure that symbol does not have an “X” beside it (turned off). Once you achieve both sound and video, you can replay this video as much as you would like.
